Asa Brew ships all order Australia wide for $10 flat rate.
Free shipping is available for all orders over $150. For orders above $150, signature at delivery is included by default. If you do not require signature on delivery, please advise us at checkout order notes.
Orders should arrive within 5-8 business days for same city & metro areas. Please allow for up to 14 business days for regional areas. Currently we ship all orders using Auspost standard shipping, express shipping service will be provided in the near future. All orders send by us are insured for loss or damage. For bulky items, Asa Brew reserves the right to charge additional shipping fee if required.
Asa Brew is operated by two full time engineer, but we still aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. For orders placed between Thursday till 6pm Sunday, orders will be dispatched on Monday; and for orders placed between Monday till 6pm Wednesday, orders will be dispatched on Thursday.
Once order has been placed, Asa Brew aim to dispatch your order on the next shipping day.
Once we packed and hand it over to delivery services such as Auspost, Asa Brew does not have any control over the shipping time or handling. If you believe your order(s) is taking too long or parcel is mishandled, please contact us ASAP so we can look into this for you.
Local pickup is available now for Hobart! Select pickup option at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your parcel is ready to be picked up! We may need to quick check your photo ID to make sure it matches our record.
For orders placed between Sunday till Friday will be available for pick up anytime after Saturday 10am. If you can’t make it on Saturday, no worries! You can drop by Sunday or the following weekdays during Bumi Coffee business hour. You will have 7 days to collect your order before it will return to us. If you can’t make it or if you would like to get your friends or family to collect on your behalf, do send us an email so we can extend your pick up time or update our pick up record.
