Asa Brew strives to provide you quality coffee brewing gears that you will enjoy using or brewing coffee with. We understand that sometimes the product might not meet your expectations, or you’ve had a change of mind. Products purchased from can be returned within 7 days after you’ve received your item.

We are unable to allow returns of perishable goods (food, tea or coffee) and filters. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before you purchase.

To be eligible for return, the product needs to be unused, in perfect condition with its original, undamaged packaging. If your product arrived in a factory sealed package that cannot easily be repacked, we are unable to accept a return or exchange if it’s opened.

If the product you received, is damaged, not fit for purpose or you’ve received the wrong item please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund will be made to your initial payment method. Please allow up to 7 days to see your refund on your payment method. Some banks or payment methods may take longer to process, we kindly ask for your patience, but if you think it’s taking too long, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have cancelled your credit card, please provide bank details for your refund.

For change-of-mind returns, please note that we do not refund shipping cost and we are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The original packaging of the item cannot be marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for its return shipping.

All returns must be authorised by Asa Brew. Proof of purchase must also be included in the return package with your item(s).
