This filter is made from non-woven fabric, it has a faster flow rate compared to paper filters, which contributes to a vibrant acidity to the coffee. This material has higher lipid permeability allowing more coffee oil to pass through, contributing to a more positive texture, smooth mouthfeel, and longer aftertaste to the cup.
