A Pre-Order item is a product that is not currently in-stock and an order must be placed to secure a product before the item physically arrives into stock. The benefit of purchasing a Pre-Order item is that you will secure the product without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we make this available online.
Each Pre-Order item has an estimated shipment date, this will be advertised within the item description page. You must read and agree to the Pre-Order Terms and Conditions prior to adding the item into your cart for purchase.
Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. This may be due to supplier issues and shipments held by import customs, therefore please allow at least two weeks AFTER the advertised estimated shipment date to receive your order. Asa Brew Pty Ltd is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.
Please choose your product specification (colours, size, material) carefully as we aren’t always able to amend orders once they have been placed with our suppliers/manufacturers. Should you need to change product order, it is subject to availability and only allowed prior to pre-order end date. Preorder items are made and reserved specially for you.
Once the Pre-Order item/s have arrived our facility, your order will be processed and shipped as per the estimated shipment date. If your order also contains in-stock items, the full order will be shipped once the Pre-Order item comes into stock.
In an event you wish to cancel the order before pre-order has ended, a full refund may be issued.
In an event you wish to cancel the order after pre-order has ended, a refund may be issued minus 10% for restocking and administration fees.
Should you need to return or exchange any preordered items, our return policies apply with the exception that the return period is 7 days from the delivery date not from the time you have ordered.
If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will contact you immediately with a resolution. We always want the best possible outcome for you, so you will be able to choose any other item/s from our store at no extra cost to you even if there is a small difference in price. Alternatively, we are also happy to offer you a refund in this instance.
Important Disclosure: Pre-order products may differ in colour to the product photo supplied by the supplier/original manufacturer or the photo shown on our website. This is because we may not be the supplier/original manufacturer of a product. However, we will do our best to communicate with the suppliers/original manufacturers for as much detail as possible. Additionally, carefully select reputable suppliers with stringent quality assurance to deliver the final product as close as possible to the product description.
