PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS	The winners of all prizes will be published on Asa Brew’s Instagram Page @ASABREW.COFFEE on 25 May 2024
NOTIFICATION OF UNCLAIMED PRIZE WINNERS	Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via Instagram DM from @ASABREW.COFFEE no later than 31 May 2024.

Terms & Conditions for Asa Brew 1 Year Anniversary Giveaway

The official competition period commences at 12am (AEST) on Saturday 11 May 2024 and finishes at 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 24 May 2024.
Entry is open to residents of Australia ONLY & aged 18 or older as at the date of the date of entry to be eligible to enter the giveaway.
The prize package includes the following:
1ST PRIZE: 1 x CT62 (BLACK CHERRY) ($80)
2ND PRIZES: 1 x Hario V60 – Dragon Year Special Edition ($73.80)
To gain entry into the competition, simply follow us on both Instagram and Facebook, and tag 2 friends in the comments of our Instagram post, will gain an entry to the competition. Each account will only have ONE entry.
The PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by Asa Brew Pty Ltd through Instagram Live using simplifiers giveaway website: https://simpliers.com/en/giveaway/instagram at 1pm (AEST) Saturday 25 May 2024.
The PRIZE winner will be announced by 1pm (AEST) Saturday 25 May 2024.
The winner Instagram account handle will be published within 24 hours of the draw and be notified via Instagram DM from @asabrew.coffee ONLY. Under no other circumstances will Asa Brew Pty Ltd ask for any payment for the giveaway.
The winner has 72 hours (3 days) from the date that they are notified to claim their prize, otherwise an unclaimed prize draw will commence.
The unclaimed PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by Asa Brew Pty Ltd using simplifiers giveaway website https://simpliers.com/en/giveaway/instagram at 1pm AEST Saturday 25 May 2024.
The prize may NOT be transferred, offered for resale, resold, or redeemable for cash.
To claim the prize, the winner must provide Asa Brew Pty Ltd with a mailing address for the delivery of their prize. Asa Brew Pty Ltd will, at its expense, deliver the prize by post to the winner within 30 days from the date Asa Brew Pty Ltd receives the mailing address from the winner.
To the maximum extent permitted, Asa Brew Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, undelivered, misdirected, or unreceived prizes. Asa Brew Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain any undelivered or returned prize.
